Refund policy

At Reventuro, every pair of shoes is bespoke and handcrafted exclusively on order, designed to reflect precision, craftsmanship, and individuality. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy.

No Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and accepted, it immediately enters our production process.
Order cancellations are not possible after this stage, as each pair is made specifically for you.

No Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds for bespoke shoes, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Style or design preference
Color variation due to screen differences
Incorrect size provided by the customer

Replacement Policy

We will happily offer a replacement in the following cases only:

You receive the wrong size (different from what you ordered)
The product arrives damaged or defective

Conditions for Replacement:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof

Once approved, we will remake and ship a new product at no additional cost.

Quality Disclaimer

As our shoes are handcrafted using genuine leather, minor variations in texture, shade, or grain are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
